Things worth checking
Not to brush you off — these genuinely resolve a good share of calls, and it saves you waiting on a visit.
- No power to some outlets? Check the GFCI reset button on bathroom and kitchen outlets, then the breaker panel.
- Garbage disposal humming? There is a small reset button underneath it.
- AC not cooling? Check the filter and that the thermostat is set to COOL and AUTO.
- Running toilet? Lift the tank lid and check the flapper is seated.
